Which port will be arrange shipment?
We will arrange shipment from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port. Most port we use is Guangzhou port.
Because it's more convenient and save time, and can direct to ship on board, do not need to transshipment.

What is the delivery time of Yuedetian fan?
The lead time is 20-30 days. The work procedure for producing 1*20GP is the same as 1*40HQ.
That means the extra time and extra cost for trial order is much higher than decent order.
What is the MOQ of the Yuedetian fan?
MOQ is Minimum order Quantity
Shutter exhaust fan, OEM MOQ can be 1000pcs / gift box, 500pcs / brown box,
Industrial pedestal fan & wall mount fan & mist fan, OEM MOQ can be 1*20 GP'FCL
If quantity is less than 1*20GP'FCL, you can ship by LCL, or may be deliver it to your other suppliers side to loading container with other products.
How did Yuedetian fan packing?
Standard export carton packing, if wooden box required, it should add premium packing charge.

How much sample cost and how long did it sent out?
We will absorb the small sample charge, and will charge you the freight cost.The sample can be delivered by: UPS, FedEx, DHL, and so on.
The sample can be finished and sent it out in a couple of days.

Where is Yuedetian？
Yuedetian located on West Fulian Road, Jiyue Industrial Zone, Leliu Town, Foshan, Guangdong, China.
It's about 1 hour's drive from Guangzhou to our factory. We are welcome customers to visiting us.
What is your payment term? and How to arrange payment to you?
A 30% deposit by TT in advance and the balance should be transferred before shipment.
We accept TT(Telegraphic Transfer) or XT transfer.
How does Yuedetian control quality?
Fan quality is the Vitality of our company. Each production process must be checked by our QC team.
From motor, plastic unit, metal spare parts, stickers, package, we all check carefully. All the fans have to pass strict
inspection before they go out. In addition, we has obtained quality certificates according to different countries's
quality regulations, like CCC, CE, SONCAP.
How to place an order from you?
Please send us your detailed requirements, such as the model number, the name of goods, the size, quantity, material and delivery time.
Then we will send you a quotation sheet. After all details are confirmed well, we will send an official Proforma Invoice or Sales contract
to you to arrange 30% of payment for deposit. Once received down payment, we will email you Deposit Receipt and start production.
Shipment will be arranged once received balance payment.
